"I enjoy using the Digitope Icon Editor because it is clear to understand and relatively
easy to operate. Most other icon editors have so many different processes that the
average user would simply not use causing a much higher learning curve and a greater
investment of time. One thing that I wish it did was to rotate to varying degrees
for both icon and text rather than just 90 degrees. I do like the program very much,
however. It's a lot of fun to use and works well on windows 7, 64-bit. Thank you
